Adaptive Behavior Therapy

Adaptive behavior therapy is designed to work with your unique brain to develop skills that improve your quality of life, and decrease the barriers standing in the way of your success.

Insurance and Medicaid accepted (with clinical diagnosis of autism)
Private pay, payment plans, and sliding scale available even without a formal diagnosis

In-home, telehealth, workplace, group, and community-based sessions are available.

Through this kind of therapy, you will:

  • Learn skills without pressure to perform or mask
  • Process grief, relief, anger, and rewrite your story
  • Practice communication and boundaries in a safe space
  • Reduce barriers to success
  • Build community—not social “training”

This may be helpful if you are:

  • Late-diagnosed or self-identified autistic, ADHD, or AuDHD
  • A high-masking individual
  • Experiencing unworkable or unsafe behavioral patterns
  • Experience burnout related to your neurodivergence
  • Transitioning into a new phase of life
  • People who have “tried therapy” and felt misunderstood

Our Approach

  • Neurodiversity-affirming
  • Trauma-informed
  • Consent- and autonomy-based
  • Strengths-focused
  • Practical, compassionate, and real

We don’t teach you how to appear neurotypical.

We help you build a life that works for your brain.
