About Iris Behavioral Health

A message from Sam:

Iris Behavioral Health is built on independence, curiosity, and the creation of systems to support unique brains. As a person who learned late in life that I was neurodivergent, I experienced first-hand the challenges, clarity, and grief that came from understanding my unique brain and struggles in context. It is a hard road, and it is even harder when you are traveling it alone and without direction.

You are not alone. You are not too much.
You are valued, your experiences are real,
and you deserve support.

Welcome!

My name is Samantha Olivas, MA, M.Ed., BCBA (she/her), and I would like to welcome you to
Iris Behavioral Health!

I offer neurodiversity-affirming adaptive behavior therapy and group support for late-diagnosed, high-masking, and self-identified neurodivergent adults and teens, with a focus on understanding, self-advocacy, and real-life support — not masking or “fixing.”
